Product introduction

The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, couple and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber.

工作原理：

可调节的偏心重锤经马达驱动传达到主轴中心线，在不平衡的状态下产生离心力，使物料强度改变，在筛内形成轨道旋涡。重锤调节器的振幅大小可根据不同物料和筛网进行调节。

Working Principle

The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, cause centrifuged force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials from regular eddy. The amplitude of the hammer may be adjusted according to the property of material and the mesh screen.
